PURPOSE:      An opportunity for the leadership team to engage, influence and deliver changes across their business to grow incrementally and creatively.

ZEAL’s ROLE:  Responsible for the overall production and logistic management for the conference and evening social events.  The first event was the Welcome Reception held at Isola where we managed guest movement, decoration, simple AV and lighting. The 1.5 days Conference was held at the Four Seasons Hotel where Zeal was involved in the overall setup, production and onsite management. The evening Group Dinner was held at China Club where we enhanced the room with set decor, centerpieces and entertainment.

OUTCOME:   It was a very interactive event, giving the guests a chance to network with colleagues from across the business and countries.
