THE EVENT: Prudential Agency Leaders’ Conference (PALC) is an annual knowledge sharing and networking event for Top Agency Leaders from across the Asia Pacific region. 

OUR ROLE: ZEAL have produced this Agency Leader’s Conference for more than 10 years. Like previous PALC events, we were responsible for the entire end-to-end event management services for PALC 2019. This included creative concept, logistics, print collateral, app & website set & environment, technical production and budget management.

ZEAL managed the production of the Welcome Reception at O Bar and Dining, Business Meeting at the Sheraton on the Park and the Group Dinner, cruising the famous Sydney Harbour on the Starship Sydney.

OUTCOME: The PALC 2019 event ensured that the agency leaders were engaged and motivated with a renewed commitment to their regional success.
